Drift Investor Story

 

 

  • Canadian husband and wife team Mark and artist Vikki Fuller opened Drift Restaurant + Vgallery on Nevis's Newcastle Bay in December 2019. In a seaside-inspired setting, the cuisine celebrates authenticity, with sharing platters and entrees at lunch and candlelit dinner featuring the best of Nevisian farm and sea-to-table ingredients. Vikki's oil paintings are featured in the restaurant. In the video Mark tells his story about running a restaurant business in Nevis and what keeps him motivated and looking forward to the future. In 2021 the Fullers opened their second restaurant called Luna located at the Cliffdwellers Residences.

HERMITAGE Investor Story

 

 

  • In 1971 Richard and Maureen Lupinacci made the decision to move to Nevis and invest in the oldest wooden house in the Caribbean called The Hermitage.  In the video their son Richie tells the story of what made his family settle on Nevis and the benefit of investment for them to live in the Caribbean. Their opportunity for unique development created a sustainable lifestyle for multiple generations.

SUNSHINE'S INVESTOR STORY

Llewellyn Caines better known as Sunshine opened Sunshine’s Beach Bar on Pinney’s Beach in 1994.  Sunshine’s became a landmark in Nevis known for its famous Killer Bee rum punch, fresh seafood, jerk chicken and welcome atmosphere.  In the video Sunshine tells how he started in business, explains what makes Nevis special and shares his approach of dealing with people. 

SUGAR MILL REAL ESTATE INVESTOR STORY

A former journalist from Philadelphia, Suzanne Gordon came to Nevis in 1997 to write a book about Caribbean architecture and decided to stay. In this video Suzanne tells her investor story about establishing Sugar Mill Real Estate, living, and doing business in Nevis.
